Electoral
rolls of all the Assembly Constituencies
in the state are being revised with
reference to 01.01.2008 as qualifying
date.Draft Electoral Rolls will
be publishing on January of every
year.
If your are not below the age of 18
years as on 01.01.2008 and if your
name is not included in the draft electoral
roll, you are eligible to be enrolled
as an elector if not disqualified otherwise.
To enroll yourself, visit your polling
station or the office of the concerned
Assistant Commissioner / Tahsildar
/ Offices of the Mahanagara Palike
or City Corporations during the working
hours on all days between 02.11.2007
and 17.11.2007, except on 8th and 10th
November 2007 which are public holidays
and submit the presribedform duly filled
in, along with documents in support
of proof of age, address of residence
in the Assembly Constituency limits.
Prescribed forms for correction in
the details of an elector who has already
been enrolled, or deletion of names
of dead or shifted persons from the
rolls, can also be filed.
Facility has also been provided for
filling of applications for inclusion
of names online for persons residing
in 16 Assembly Constituencies spread
in Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike
area and Bangalore Urban District.
